30-Day Return Policy

Core Return Terms

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Packaged in their original boxes with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your order number and a return reason when contacting us

  3. Approval Process: We’ll review your request and send a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) + instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping & Cost Policies

1. Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we provide a free prepaid shipping label.
  • Solution: Replacement or full refund if repair isn’t possible.

2. Customer Preference Returns

  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), you cover return shipping costs.
  • Refund: Item price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • No restocking fees applied.

Exchanges

For size/color changes, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order separately.

Refund Processing

  1. Inspection & Approval: We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.
  2. Refund Timing:
    • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
    • Allow additional time for your bank/payment provider to process the transaction.

Order Cancellations

  • For canceled orders (e.g., out of stock), we automatically issue full refunds to the original payment method.
